At Kamroche Nutrition, we value your trust and satisfaction. Because our products include nutritional supplements, vitamins, wellness items, and skincare products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
By purchasing from KamrocheNutrition.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return (see Section 3).
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in accordance with Section 5 (Refunds).
Due to the nature of health and personal care products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Item received is damaged, defective, or expired
Item received is incorrect / wrong product
Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (only for non-consumables where applicable)
❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Opened, used, or partially consumed products
Items returned without original packaging, labels, or seals
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
Clearance, promotional, or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Provide your order number, product details, and photo/video evidence (if product is defective/damaged).
Return Authorization
If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Products must be shipped within 5 business days after receiving RAN.
Use secure packaging and a trackable courier service.
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
Inspection & Processing
Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
If approved, an exchange or refund will be processed.
Refunds are processed only after return approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
In rare cases, a small restocking/handling fee may apply.
Opened or used supplements and consumables
Beauty/skincare products with broken seals
Discounted, bundled, or promotional items (unless defective)
Products tampered with after delivery
Kamroche Nutrition does not provide warranties beyond what is stated on the product packaging. For extended warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer (if applicable).
Risk passes to the customer once products are handed over to the courier.
For returns, the customer assumes risk until the product is received by us.
Insured / trackable shipping is strongly recommended for returns.
We aim to resolve all issues fairly. Please contact our Customer Support before pursuing third-party remedies.
If unresolved, disputes may be referred to Consumer Protection Authorities in Pakistan or DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan), as per applicable laws.
Kamroche Nutrition reserves the right to update or revise this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
